It's time to get out of the fog and get some clarity!
This site is not meant to be a place just full of videos and me talking at you. I am going to coach you through the same process that I coach my 1:1 clients through.
I get it, everyone is being challenged in different ways at the moment! This is to be expected and natural AND there are supportive ways to work and there are unsupportive contracted ways to work. You know me… I’m all about simple, real and strategic ways of living and working.
The market is still crazy busy.
The next thing we will see is the scarcity of listings. It's already happening in some areas.
So prospecting and BUILDING THE PIPELINE is all this month...
Measure the pipeline above all else. Realise that it is natural after the sales we have had that the market will tighten up for listings. It will not last. So you need to prospect.
